About the application

This is the EWM Spring Craft Fair and Flea Market vendor application for Artists and crafters of handmade items. Applying does not guarantee space. All applications will be reviewed. Only handmade items for the craft fair and gently used items for the flea market will be approved for this event. Hand crafted items for the craft fair must be original and unique to you. 

 

Please follow the payment instructions at the bottom of the registration form to submit your payment. If you pay via this website, you will receive your payment receipt immediately by email. Your receipt can be used to verify payment. Booths will not be assigned until payment is received and application is approved. Please register early to ensure a reserved booth.

 

The event will be held outside at Encouraging Words Ministries church in Brooksville, FL and will take place rain or shine. No power will be available for this event.

 

Vendor booths are 8x8 and the price is for location only, you will need to bring your own tables, tent, and chairs. A limited number of tables may be available for rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

 

Vendor spaces are located in the front of the building (on Ponce De Leon Blvd.). Limited parking is available for vendors and will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis after your application is approved and payment has been received.
